How It Works (3D Vibration)
Unlike simple linear shakers, this machine uses a vertical vibration motor with eccentric weights at both the top and bottom.
- Phase Angle: By adjusting the angle of the weights, we can change the material's flow pattern on the screen (moving fast, moving slow, or spiraling out). This allows precise control over screening retention time.
- Efficiency: Capable of screening particles as fine as 500 mesh (0.028mm).
