Unlike "trough" conveyors that carry loose dirt or coal, this system uses parallel idlers to create a perfectly flat surface. This design is essential for transporting solid, packaged items without them tumbling or breaking. It connects your packaging machine directly to the warehouse or loading dock.

- Heavy-Duty Rubber Belt: We use industrial-grade EP or Nylon (NN) rubber belts, which are far more durable than the light PVC belts used in supermarkets. They can withstand the friction of heavy 50kg cement or sugar bags for years.
- Stable Conveying: The flat roller support ensures that boxes, crates, and bags remain upright and stable during high-speed transport.
- Reversible Direction: The motor can be configured to run forward or backward, making it versatile for both loading and unloading operations at the dock.

Structure Design & Material Selection
- The Belt (The Core): We do NOT use thin PVC belts here. We use Multi-ply Rubber Belts (EP or Nylon). They resist cuts, abrasion, and impact from heavy bags dropping onto the line.
- The Idlers: Uses Parallel Flat Idler Sets (Upper) and Return Idlers (Lower). The idlers are spaced closely (e.g., every 500mm or closer) to support heavy weights without belt sagging.
- The Frame: Robust Channel Steel or Carbon Steel frame. It provides a rigid backbone that won't bend or vibrate under load.
