Running an open belt conveyor outdoors is a risk.
- Stop EPA Fines: Open conveyors release dust clouds. Our covers trap the dust inside, keeping your plant compliant with environmental laws.
- Protect Your Material: Rain can ruin cement clinker, fertilizer, or dry coal. The rain-proof covers ensure your material stays dry from point A to point B.
- Prevent Material Loss: Strong winds can blow away light materials (like sawdust or grain). Covers prevent this "profit loss."
The Cover Design (Rain & Dust Hoods)
We don't just put a sheet of metal on top. We use scientifically designed Conveyor Hoods:
- Material: High-quality Galvanized Steel Sheet (Standard) or Stainless Steel (Optional). Corrugated shape for extra rigidity against snow loads.
- Configuration:
- Full Cover: Covers the top and sides for 100% protection.
- Openable Inspection Cover: Installed every 3-4 meters. Features a handle and hinge, allowing one worker to lift it easily to check idlers or align the belt.
- Deviation Cover: Special wider covers installed at switch points.

Structure & Durability
- The Frame: Rigid carbon steel frame to support the extra weight of the covers.
- Fasteners: We use Stainless Steel Hook Bolts or Quick-Release Latches to secure the covers. Unlike standard screws that rust and get stuck, our latches allow for quick removal during maintenance.
- Wind Resistance: Designed to withstand wind speeds up to Grade 10 (High wind zones).

A: No. We install "Observation Windows" and "Openable Hoods" at regular intervals. You simply unlatch and lift the hood to access the idlers and belt.
