Advanced Vulcanization & Bond Strength
The failure of many high-angle belts occurs at the bond between the cleat and the base belt. Kunwei utilizes a Secondary Hot Vulcanization Process in a controlled pressure environment. This creates a molecular-level fusion between the corrugated sidewall, the transverse cleat, and the base belt, ensuring that components will not peel or de-bond even when handling high-density ores.
Material Science for Extreme Service Life
Our base belts feature a specialized Cross-Rigid (XE) polyester or steel cord reinforcement. This provides the necessary lateral stiffness to prevent "bowing" as the belt passes over return idlers, while maintaining longitudinal flexibility for smooth travel around drive pulleys. We offer Grade-M24 rubber covers which provide a tensile strength of 25MPa and superior abrasion resistance (loss <120mm³).
