The large-angle corrugated sidewall belt conveyor has a wide range of applications and is mainly used in fields such as thermal power plants, building materials, chemical plants, mines, coal mines, concrete mixing stations, metallurgy, and cement. It can transport various granular materials with a stacking density of 0.5-2.5t/m³ within a temperature range of 15℃ to 40℃. For materials with special requirements for transportation, such as high temperature, materials containing acidic, alkaline, oily substances, or organic solvents, special conveyor belts should be used.

A: The modular design allows for repairs. However, we use hot vulcanization technology which makes the sidewalls and cleats an integral part of the base belt, significantly extending the service life compared to cold-bonded belts.
Q: Can it handle sticky materials?
A: Sticky materials can be challenging for standard belts. For such applications, we can equip the conveyor with a specialized belt beater or rotary cleaning device at the discharge point to ensure the pockets are fully emptied.
Q: What is the benefit of the "Z" shape over two separate conveyors?
A: Using one "Z" conveyor instead of a horizontal conveyor feeding an inclined one eliminates a transfer point. This means no spillage zone, no extra dust collection needed at the transfer, and only one motor/gearbox to maintain instead of two.
