Product Overview: The Industrial Workhorse
The LS (Luo Song) Series is the standard conveyor specification in China (equivalent to CEMA standards). It is the go-to solution for horizontal transporting of dry, non-sticky powders and granules.
The "U-Trough" Advantage: If a foreign object (like a bolt or rock) jams the screw, you don't need to cut the pipe open. simply unclamp the top cover, remove the blockage, and restart. This maintenance-friendly design makes it the preferred choice for mining, power plants, and cement factories.
Detailed Structure Design
We build our LS conveyors to last, not just to sell.
- The Screw Flight: Cold-rolled continuous flight or sectional flight. We use thicker steel at the edge to resist wear.
- Hanger Bearings (The Heart): The intermediate bearing supports the long screw shaft. We offer two types:
- Rolling Bearing: Low friction, needs grease. Good for clean materials.
- Sliding Bearing (Copper/Alloy): High wear resistance. Good for dusty/abrasive materials.
- Shaft Seals: Multi-layer gland packing seals prevent dust from destroying the main bearings.

Customization Options
- Wear Liners: We can install Mn13 Wear Strips or UHMW-PE liners at the bottom of the trough to protect the casing from abrasion.
- Inlets/Outlets: We can provide multiple discharge outlets with manual or pneumatic slide gates (to feed multiple bins).
- Leg Supports: Custom height saddles or support legs to fit your site.

Q: What is the maximum length for one unit?
A: For a single motor drive, we recommend a maximum length of 30-40 meters. Longer distances require cascaded systems (one feeding another) or dual drives.
Q: Can it handle wet sludge?
A: Standard LS conveyors are for dry/semi-dry materials. For sticky sludge, we recommend our Shaftless Screw Conveyor (Click to view), as sludge tends to stick to the center shaft of the LS model.
