What do you need to pay attention to when using a belt conveyor?
1,Operators wear labour protection products before going on duty, and pull long hair into the working cap to prevent personal injury accidents from being involved in the belt.
2,Before starting belt conveyor, Operators must fully inspect the belt conveyor and remove obstacles . Making preparations for starting the belt conveyor, and confirm that there is no one on the belt and under the belt conveyor before starting the machine;
3,Check whether the safety devices of the conveyor are complete before starting the machine, check the lubrication condition of the transmission parts, reversing roller and roller bearings, and strictly prohibit the operation without lubricant; whether there is deformation and loosening of the frame and fasteners, and confirm that there is no error before starting the machine. When many belts are connected in series, the order of starting is from unloading end to feeding end.
4,After starting the belt conveyor, first idle for 3~5min, check whether the operation of each part is normal or not, whether the belt has slipping, scraping card and deviation phenomenon, if any, adjust it in time. If there is no abnormality, it can be loaded and run.
