- Why "Fixed" (Floor Mounted)? It sits on a concrete foundation or steel skid with heavy-duty compression springs. This provides maximum stability to withstand the impact of large rocks (up to 500mm-1000mm) falling from dump trucks or loaders.
- Drive Principle: Twin Vibration Motors self-synchronize to generate a linear force. It's brute force engineering-simple and reliable.

- Grizzly Bars (Optional): We can install Grizzly Bars at the discharge end to pre-screen dirt and fines before the rock enters the crusher. This increases crusher efficiency.
- Wear Liners: The trough is lined with NM400 Wear Plates or Manganese Steel to resist abrasion from sliding rocks.
- Springs: Uses heavy-duty rubber or steel coil compression springs to absorb shock loads.
