Kunwei Z-Type Sidewall Cleated Belt Conveyors provide a compact and highly efficient solution for steep-angle and vertical bulk material transport (up to 90°). Ideal for deep-pit mining and urban silo feeding operations, this system saves up to 75% of floor space by eliminating the need for long horizontal conveyor layouts.

Working pinciple

The conveyor utilizes a specialized belt featuring corrugated sidewalls and transverse cleats. This design creates enclosed, bucket-like compartments that secure the material during transit. This continuous pocket structure prevents spillage and allows for high-capacity material handling at extremely steep angles or vertical elevations.
