How to using and protect the Electric rollers
1. Discharge the lubricating oil from inside the drum through the oil drain hole on the left end cover.
2. Disassemble the drum by removing the left flange shaft end junction box, left support, and left end cover bolts, and then removing the right end cover bolts and right support. The right flange shaft can then be lifted out using a hoisting ring.
3. Clean all the parts and inner walls of the drum.
4. Re-fill all six bearings with an adequate amount of calcium-sodium based lubricating grease, including the motor bearings.
5. Replace all seals and gaskets on the motor and drum body, ensuring that they are intact, smooth, and wrinkle-free. The material used must be oil-resistant rubber.
6. The insulation resistance between the motor winding and the casing and between the windings should not be less than 5 megaohms, otherwise dip painting and drying treatment should be carried out.
7. Check for wear on all bearings, one-way devices, and gears, and replace any that are not functional.
8. Assemble the drum in the reverse order of disassembly, with a specialist responsible for ensuring the quality.
9. Fill the new N46 grade machine oil into the drum and ensure that the liquid level is equal to 1/3 of the drum diameter.
10. Carry out a test run and when everything is normal, the drum can be put into production.
