Main process parameters
1. Conveyed Material: Sponge titanium block;
2. Bulk density: 4~4.3t/m3;
3. Particle size : ≤ 280mm, ± 20mm;
4. Conveying capacity :10t/h;
5. The inclination angle needs to be determined by the manufacturer according to the actual situation, with a reference inclination angle of 65-75 °;
6. The current floor opening size is 780mm in length and 530mm in width, which can be adjusted according to actual needs.
7. Belt material: B650-EP200;
8. The lifting height of the belt is 11m (it is recommended that the maximum height should not exceed 12m);
9. The temperature of the sponge titanium particles being transported should not exceed 120 ℃;
The above main process parameters is our client's requirements, the special point is the No.6. The current floor opening size is small for sidewall belt conveyor. In order to solve the problem , our enigneer design the sidewall belt conveyor which conveyor middle frame divide into 3 parts ,thus only belt through the opening and the frame fix on the floor.
Our design solved this problem perfectly and we produced these 4 set B650 sidewall belt conveyor.
