The belt feeder should be started without load. Feed only after normal operation. It is forbidden to feed first and drive later.
When several feeders are running in series, they should start from the discharge end and start sequentially. After all normal operation, the material can be fed.
When the tape misalignment occurs during operation, it should be stopped and adjusted, and it should not be used reluctantly to avoid wear edges and increase load.
The working environment and the temperature of the material to be sent shall not be higher than 50 °C and lower than -10 °C. Do not convey materials with acid, alkaline oils and organic solvents.
No pedestrians or occupants are allowed on the conveyor belt.
Before stopping, you must stop feeding, and wait for the storage on the belt to be unloaded before stopping.
The feeder motor must be well insulated. The mobile feeder cable should not be pulled and dragged randomly. The motor should be reliably grounded.
When the belt slips, it is strictly forbidden to pull the belt by hand to avoid accidents.
