Two belt conveyors have been finished and before delivery to Taiwan China, we pre-assembled these two belt conveyor and test running.
When pre-assemble the conveyor, please noted these point as below:
1, Find the centerline so that the center of the drive roller and the redirecting roller are in a straight line;
2, Pre-assemble the frame, tighten the bolts after all parts are connected correctly;
3, Pre-assemble the following parts in the following steps:
Install the return idler;
Place the belt on the return idler;
Pass through the belt to install the drive roller and the bend roller;
Install the trough rollers;
Finally install other small accessories.
